Bio.

At the heart of my work, you'll find community.

I believe in the power of the arts to connect people to the concept through Lived Experiences. As a multi-discipline creative, I use poetry, spoken word, theatre, and music in my work and facilitation across the UK.

I've supported international performers such as Neil Hilborn, Rudy Franscisco, and Sophie McKeand. I've performed at nationally renowned venues such as The Lowry, Everyman Theatre and Playhouse, Wales Millenium Centre and at events such as National Theatre Wales Big Democracy, Bang! Said the Gun and Storm of the Golden Sky.

I've been lucky to facilitate workshops in a variety of communities.
