Me, You & S.C.B.U.
Me, you & S.C.B.U. is funded by Literature Wales Wellbeing Scheme. Through the end of 2019, I hosted a series of workshops with parents, staff, and siblings with experience of the neonatal units across Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB). The project brought people with experience of a neonatal ward together to explore these experiences together, through creative writing. Alongside the sessions, parents have also worked with local photographer Kamila Kosior. Both image and writing will be brought together in an anthology published by local, independent publisher Wordwox and sold on behalf of Cherish – the charity for the Wrexham Maelor Special Care Baby Unit.
